After three incredible sell out events, we're back for 2026, and we'd love to have you join us!
Following the outstanding success of our 2025 event, where we raised $33,365.77 in profit, proudly donating 10% to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, we're excited to do it all again.

Join us at Crawford Farm, 271 Cliffs Road, Maungati, from 8:30am for a fun-filled day of adventure, good company, and fundraising for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.

Timetable of Events
Here's what you can look forward to:
9.30am: Champagne Breakfast served in the 3-bay shed
10:30am - 11:00am: LIVE Auction
11:20am: Mounted Stirrup Cup and judging of the Best Presented Combination
11:30am: Masterās Welcome and Briefing
11:40am: Hunt rides off
1:00pm: Lunch and a port tipple served on horseback
3:00pm: Pack up Hounds and ride in.
Be sure to watch the Equi-Smart Washdown Men and then head over for post breakfast.
Important Event Information
After the Hunt: Hunt Breakfast served at the 3-bay shed at the end of the day
What to Wear: Hunting or tidy riding attire with safety helmets (safety first!)
Auction Items: Our online auction will be open in April and items will be able to be posted or collected at the Flying Fillies Hunt. Donāt miss our LIVE Auction on the day, we will have some awesome items up for grabs.

Stay Over: Visitors are welcome to stay the night at Crawford Farm at no cost.
